Quick Start
Get up and running in under five minutes.
1. Sign in
Create a free account at questivity.com. The free tier gives you access to all search tools and limited AI queries.
2. Search for your district
Go to District C2 Lookup and type your district name or BEN number. You'll see remaining Category 2 budget, funded amounts, and pending commitments.
Tip: You can also type naturally — "schools in California" or "Chicago Public Schools" — and the AI will interpret your query automatically.
3. Audit your BOM
Go to BOM Auditor and paste your part numbers (one per line or comma-separated). You'll get an instant eligibility verdict for each item:
- ·Eligible — covered under the FY2026 ESL
- ·Conditionally Eligible — eligible with specific conditions
- ·Ineligible — not covered; click "Find Eligible Alternatives" for AI-powered suggestions
- ·Flagged — needs manual review
4. Generate Form 470 language
Go to Form 470 Generator, enter your district name and service details, and click Generate. You'll get vendor-neutral service description language ready to paste into your Form 470 application.
5. Ask the AI
Go to AI Q&A Chat and ask anything about E-Rate eligibility, timelines, forms, or compliance. Your conversations are saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off.
