Deadline Calendar
Track USAC's E-Rate filing milestones alongside your own district-specific deadlines.
FY2026 USAC Filing Calendar
The top section lists the main milestones for the FY2026 funding year. Each one shows how many days away it is, or how many days ago it passed:
- Form 470 Filing Window Opens
- 28-Day Bidding Window Closes — the earliest allowable contract date
- Form 471 Window Opens
- Form 471 Filing Deadline
- FCDL Expected (Wave 1) — when the first funding commitment decision letters are usually released
- Invoice Deadline (BEAR) and Invoice Deadline (SPI)
These are fixed reference dates for FY2026. Always confirm the exact dates with USAC.
My Deadlines
Click Add Deadline to open the New Deadline form:
- Title (required) — what the deadline is for
- Due Date (required) — the specific date
- Type — Form 470, Form 471, Invoice, Contract, FCDL or Other
- District Name and BEN — optional, for client-specific deadlines
- Notes — any extra context
Click Save Deadline to add it.
Color coding
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Red background | Overdue |
| Light red | Due within 7 days |
| Amber | Due within 30 days |
| White | Further out |
| Dimmed with strikethrough | Completed |
Marking complete
Check the box on any deadline to mark it complete. The row is dimmed and its title is struck through. Uncheck it to restore the deadline.
Deleting a deadline
Click the delete icon on the row to remove it.
