Look up a district's funding profile, see Form 470 bids in its state, and get AI-generated funding strategy recommendations.
How to use it
- Enter a district name or BEN number
- Optionally enter a state (to narrow a name search) and choose a service category: Category 2 (default), Category 1 or Any Category
- Click Find Opportunities
What it shows
District profile — the district's name, BEN, city, state and applicant type, plus four budget cards:
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| C2 Budget Total | The total Category 2 budget for the most recent budget cycle |
| C2 Used | The amount already committed on funded FRNs |
| C2 Available | The budget remaining for future applications |
| Discount Rate | Taken from one of the district's funded FY2025 FRNs. Shows "Unknown" if none is found. |
The student count and budget cycle are shown when USAC provides them.
Funding Strategy Recommendations — specific, practical suggestions written by AI, based on the district's remaining budget, discount rate and the Form 470 bids in its state.
Open Form 470s — up to 10 recent Form 470 bids from the district's state that match the category you chose, with App #, Entity Name, FY, Category, Status and Contract Date.
