Who this is for

OEMs, manufacturers, and channel managers who want to understand their E-Rate market position — which districts buy their products, where they have strong vs. weak penetration, and when districts will be due for refresh.

How to search

Enter a manufacturer name (e.g. "Cisco", "HPE", "Fortinet", "Eaton") and optionally filter by state and/or funding year. Click Search to query USAC's FRN line item database.

The search looks for your manufacturer name in the form_471_manufacturer_name field across all funded FRNs — this is actual approved funding data, not bids.

What the results show

Summary stats: Total districts reached, total E-Rate spend committed for your products, number of states with adoption.

AI Market Summary: A concise 3-4 bullet analysis generated from the data — highlights top markets, spend trends, and notable patterns.

By State breakdown: A table showing each state's district count and total spend, ranked by volume.

Top Products: The most frequently funded models/SKUs from your manufacturer.

District Buyers: Every district that has received funded FRNs for your products, with their state, BEN, latest funding year, and total E-Rate spend on your products. Sortable by spend.

Exporting

Click Export Excel on the district buyers table to download the full list as a spreadsheet — useful for sales territory planning and account targeting.

Limitations

Results are based on historical approved FRN data from USAC's open dataset. Data may lag by several months. The search returns up to 500 line items per query — very large manufacturers may need to filter by state or year to see complete results.
