How to audit

Eligibility statuses

Finding alternatives

When your BOM contains ineligible items, click Find Eligible Alternatives. The AI suggests specific eligible products that serve the same function, with model numbers and a brief explanation.

Exporting results

Export Excel — downloads a 3-sheet workbook: - Summary sheet with counts and totals - Detail sheet with all items - Alternatives sheet (if you ran the alternatives check)

Print / PDF — opens a clean print-ready version in a new tab. Use your browser's Print dialog to save as PDF.

Common ineligibility reasons

• ·Cloud-managed licenses (e.g., Meraki licensing) — the cloud management subscription is ineligible; the hardware may be eligible separately
• ·Software-only products — most standalone software licenses are ineligible under Category 2
• ·Out-of-scope accessories — items not directly related to internal network connectivity
